The Workmans

May in one word - feisty

May grew up in Billings, MT. She excelled in school, while being very active in sports. She raced for Silver Run Ski Team at Red Lodge Mountain and then at Rocky Mountain College. She also ran cross country, played softball and the violin.

She majored in math at Montana State University, taking no less than 8 semesters of calculus and loving it. She agrees with Galileo when he wrote

"Philosophy is written in this grand book, the universe, but it cannot be understood unless one first learns to comprehend the language in which it is written. It is written in the language of mathematics, and its characters are triangles, circles, and other geometric figures."

It was her love for adventure that led her to study her final year overseas in Montpellier, France. Afterwards she worked as a mainframe computer programmer for Minnesota Life in St. Paul. She then transitioned with Dan into the French ministry in 2001 and into a mom's ministry with Silas and Efrem! Many years later she decided to return to the world of academia and in 2015 she finished a master’s degree in IT from ISTIC in Rennes France. Now she plies her programming skills with the French technology team.
